Background
The Light Candles is a premium quality candle brand based in the heart of Soweto just outside Maponya Mall. We’ve got 4 years of experience and have mastered the art of making candles for any and every occasion, whether it’s for religious and spiritual purposes or celebrating a loved one, we’ve got just the right candles for you. We have recently started making branded scented candles for corporate companies and have worked with companies such as Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), Junior Achievement South Africa (JASA), and Roche.
Our Story
My field of study I decided to start a candle business with the intention of making candles centered around healing, spirituality and wellness. I started making scented candles that had elements of aromatherapy and slowly branched out to making all types of candles that cater to all market including spiritual and religious people, churches, funeral parlours and event companies. We’ve got candles of all sizes, shapes and colours.
The niche market we cater to besides the general public is the traditional healer market together with religious indivduals and churches as this market uses candles every day for their spiritual practices.
